Our goal is to create a qualitative training in French bakery for young Chinese from poor social background. This social-oriented action aims at offering them a better future thanks to a traditional French know-how, but also a fast growing activity in China.

 We give ourselves the mission to help them getting their first job thanks to our partners. We have been inspired by existing and successful projects in India and Vietnam. Partnerships with hotel chains, bakeries, humanitarian associations give us the chance to create solidarity in Shanghai.
